Homemade lemonade lemon: recipes

Recipes for making homemade lemonade are not complex, and even a child will cope with them if desired.

It would seem that it could be simpler than the recipe for making this lemonade. But here there is a trick. It consists in the fact that you need to maintain a balance between the ingredients and get a drink that is neither too acidic nor too sweet, can quench your thirst and taste good.

Ingredients:

  • non-carbonated drinking water -1000 ml;

  • sugar -500 grams;

  • large lemons -3-4 pieces.

Cooking method:

in a saucepan, combine sugar and part of the water, put the mixture on a small fire and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Then the resulting sugar syrup is cooled, and lemon juice and water are added to it. The drink is cooled in the refrigerator, if desired, ice is added when serving.

A little trick: you can reduce the time it takes to prepare a drink if you use a blender, and use it to mix the juice of lemons with sugar, then add water and let it cool. You can add variety to classic lemonade with berries, fruits, etc. You can use soda instead of ordinary water.

Ginger lemonade at home

Cooking method:

Homemade lemonade for slim figure

Ingredients:

  • 1000 ml of sparkling mineral water;

  • three to four sprigs of purple basil;

  • two fresh medium-sized cucumbers;

  • two lemons;

  • granulated sugar to taste.

Cooking method:

Grate the cucumber on a grater with large holes, squeeze the juice and remove to the side. We cut the second cucumber into thin circles. We cut the lemon into two parts, squeeze it from one half and collect the juice, and cut the second into circles. In a jug or enameled container, add the circles of lemon and cucumber, and fill in the juice of cucumber and lemon, which was squeezed in advance.

Add sugar to taste, pick with your hands the leaves and branches of basil, and fill with the required amount of water according to the recipe. Insist lemonade for about an hour, and cool. We fill high glasses with ice for one quarter and pour lemonade into them.

This lemonade is good to prepare in the summer when there are a lot of fruits in the markets.

Ingredients:

  • strawberries - 300 grams;

  • peaches -2 pieces;

  • apple-1pc;

  • pear-1 piece;

  • grapes - 6-7 large berries of green and blue;

  • water - 1000 ml;

  • sugar - 300 grams;

  • mint leaves - for decoration - 4-5 pcs;

  • lemon - 2 pieces.

Cooking method:

In an enameled saucepan, we make sugar syrup from a small amount of water and sugar. We cool and pour the chopped strawberries, apple slices, chopped pear, grapes, cut into two parts, peaches, cut into quarters.

Gently mix with a wooden spoon. Fill with the remaining water, add lemon juice. Cooling down. Pour into glasses, decorate with mint leaves. In such a lemonade there is a high content of vitamin C and trace elements, since there is no heat treatment of the drink.

  • if you have diabetes, you can replace sugar in recipes with fructose;

  • more juice from lemon can be obtained if you roll it on a board (uncut);

  • the remaining zest during the preparation of the drink does not need to be thrown away: dry it and put it in the cabinet where the cereals are stored - this way you protect them from insect pests;

  • instead of sugar, grass-stevia can be used. It tastes no sweeter than sugar;

  • -select lemons with a medium-sized peel - they should have a uniform combination of peel and pulp on the cut. If the pulp is larger and the crust is thin, then this is a stale lemon, and it will be too acidic;

  • restore dried lemon by soaking it for a while in salty cold water;

  • you can brush your shoes with the remaining zest, and if your head hurts, attach a slice of lemon zest to your temples;

  • delicious candied fruits can be made from the remaining lemon peels. To do this, the white inner layer is completely cut off from the zest, leaving only a yellow peel. Prepared crusts are soaked for two days in cold water; water needs to be changed 1-2 times;

This is necessary to eliminate bitterness. Then the crusts are boiled with sugar for 20-30 minutes. Spread on a sieve and dried in the oven for 15 minutes.
